Dr Tan Elim graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from NUS in 2017. Passionate about community dentistry, he is currently a committee member of Singapore Dental Health Foundation. Separately, he also runs a domiciliary dental service in nursing homes and a non-profit dental service for low-wage migrant workers.
